By continuing to use the website, you (“Customer,” “Client”) acknowledge that you accept these Terms and Conditions. Moreover, you agree to use these services according to your local laws and academic institution regulations. If you disagree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the website.
Scope of Services
The Company provides educational materials designed to support students' learning. These materials should not be used as replacements for assignments, coursework, or any other academic tasks.
Services We Provide
- Editing and proofreading. Our editing services involve reviewing, revising, and suggesting improvements to enhance the clarity and quality of your documents.

Once delivered, all rights and ownership of these materials are transferred to the Customer, who then holds full rights to use, distribute, or repurpose them in any way they choose.

Ordering Process
Verification
In order to safeguard against fraud, the Company may carry out a verification procedure. This may involve verifying details, such as billing or order information through written communication. The verification process will be initiated within 2 hours of payment confirmation. Please note, that if the verification will not be completed within the designated timeframe, the delivery of your order may be delayed.
Order Instructions and Material Submission Policy

The Customer agrees to provide comprehensive, correct, and clear instructions for the order, including all necessary files, materials, and access credentials to ensure successful completion. Timely submission of all required details is essential for the order to proceed without delay.
- Temporary pause for missing materials. If the Customer indicates that additional materials are forthcoming, the order will be put on hold until all the materials are received. Work will be resumed only once all necessary details and files are provided.
- Consistency of instructions. The Customer is expected to provide instructions that are clear and consistent. Any contradictions or unclear information may result in delays, as the expert will need to verify the details with the Customer. The Company will not be liable for any delays caused by necessity to confirm instructions.
- Obscure or rare sources. If the order completion requires the use of uncommon or hard-to-access materials, it's the Customer's responsibility to upload them or provide any necessary access details within 2 hours of payment. Failure to do so may lead to a delay in the delivery of the order.
- Reasonable cooperation. Customers agree to check their email regularly for any questions from the specialist working on their order. Failure to respond or providing incorrect contact details may result in delays, for which the Company will not be responsible.
Fees, Payments, and Order Cancellation Policy
The cost for our services is outlined on our website. However, the Company may establish a custom price if you request the work that exceeds the scope of our usual services or you need to make changes that go beyond the original instructions.
Payment Terms
To begin processing your order, an advance payment is required. Please note that:
- The specialist will be assigned to your order only after the payment has been completed.
- The order timeline begins once all payment and required details are provided. Delays in payment or incomplete information may affect the delivery schedule.
Cancellation by Customer & Payment Refunds
If the Customer wishes to cancel an order, the following conditions apply:
- Before payment. The order can be canceled at any time without penalty.
- After payment but before the expert was assigned. If the payment was made, but no expert has been assigned to it yet, the Customer is eligible for an 80% refund upon cancellation.
- After expert was assigned. If the order has been paid and assigned to a specialist, the Customer can get a 40% refund upon cancellation.
All refunds are granted only in specific cases outlined in these Terms and Conditions or at the Company's discretion.
Discounts and Balance
Discounts
The Company may offer discounts or promotional offers from time to time. These discounts may apply under certain conditions that will be specified at the time of offer. Keep in mind the following:
- Discounts are applied on a per-order basis and cannot be combined.
- Discounts are typically time-sensitive and may expire after a certain period.
- Customers may accept or disregard the offered discounts, but they should be aware that unused discounts are non-refundable.
- The eligibility for any discount is determined at the Company's discretion.
Customer Balance
The funds in your Customer Balance, which may be credited by the Company, are intended to be used for individual orders and can be combined with applicable discounts. The following conditions pertain to your Balance:
- You may use the available funds in your Balance to pay for an order in full, provided the Balance has sufficient funds to cover the total cost.
- The funds voluntarily added to the Balance by the Customer are refundable upon request.
- Any other funds in the Balance are non-refundable.
Delivery of Completed Orders
Once completed, your order will be available via the Customer Admin Panel or sent to the registered email address. If you do not receive your order on time, please reach out immediately for assistance. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by issues with your email provider or internet service.
Deadline Extension by a Customer
The Client may grant additional time for the specialist to complete the order. In this case, a new deadline will be set, and any late delivery will be evaluated based on the revised timeframe.
Guarantees
Free Revision Guarantee
The Company offers free revisions for any order that does not fully align with the original instructions or guarantees specified on our website.
The following rules apply to revision requests:
- Revision requests must be made within 14 days of service completion.
- The Customer should submit the requests in writing via email or through the Customer Admin Panel.
- If the request is not submitted within the timeframe specified above, the Client will be considered satisfied with the services delivered, and free revisions will no longer be available.
- Any additional time required to complete the revisions will not be counted against the original deadline.
- The Client may grant extra time for the revision at their discretion.
- If a revision request is made after the 14-day period or if it involves instructions that differ from the original order, there may be a small fee based on the extent of the changes.
Please be aware that extra time granted for revisions under the Free Revision Guarantee will not count as a delay for the purpose of the Money-Back Guarantee.
Money-Back Guarantee
If the work fails to meet the promised standards, a refund request can be made within 7 days of receiving the completed order. Please note that pricing may adjust based on deadlines, and refunds will be processed according to the terms outlined in the section.
Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability
